viewing ZM on nintendo wii

If you've made a patch to quick fix a bug or to add a new feature not yet in the main tree then post it here so others can try it out.

Wii is using operabrowser.
Just install operabrowser on your pc and test.

But the real thing you would need to get things working on the image streaming thing is : flash.

Much on the same way that the cambozola thing handles the problem for IExplore. But unfortunately cambozola is made for java. (not supported by wii).

I've been searching around the net as well for a flash solution ,but didn't came across yet.

However many people are interested due to the axis cams.

So there is in fact a demand from the public ,and given the amount of wii's in the world ,getting flash to work for streaming mjpeg should be a matter of time ....

I have a wii as well ,and indeed it would be nice if ZM could be accessed trough one of these ...

If you go to the images tab in options:
ZM_MPEG_LIVE_FORMAT swf or flv
ZM_MPEG_REPLAY_FORMAT swf or flv

and your set to go Wink
I think we've been doing it for just over a year Confused

Cheers, and thank you for an alternative though Very Happy

Not wii related, but I have been using my DS to aim cameras. Works pretty good. You just connect to the LAN via WiFi and use the Opera browser for the NDS. Its not perfect, but you can get good enough performance so you can aim the cameras without getting down off the ladder or roof...

ZM can already send a flash stream. Set swf in the config for streaming format. This assumes of coarse you have ffmpeg compiled and installed.
