/dev/video is a link to /dev/video0 and ZM can not set the permissions through the link.
Change your device to /dev/video0 in ZM monitor page.

Did you restart ZM after the change?
Also check for errors with zmfix (zmfix needs the sticky bit set) and make sure your using the V4L1 driver and not V4L2. ZM is not yet compatable with the new V4L2 driver.

yes I restarted ZM after changes.

I am not sure what v4l driver I am using, do you know some trick how to find-out? I've just compiled kernel support for v4l
and I found ZMFIX as a command, tried to browse around Internet, but don't know how to configure it, I run it but nothing happened, can you advice how to set up?

But only in resolution 160x120
When I try to set 320x240 it doesnt work again with these errors -

/var/log/messages -

Glad you got it sorted mate.
If you chmod 4755 zmfix
zmfix will then be able to set the permissions on the device every time zm starts.
