I have been using ZoneMinder installed from a Bluecherry LiveCD for some time. I'm upgrading cards and now is the time to upgrade ZoneMinder as well. Does anyone have any advice on doing an upgrade of ZoneMinder with this. It's based on Kubuntu.

?
Can you give me a full member name? Given I've been maintaining the ubuntu package I should probably be aware of any packaging work someone else is doing.

I know your doing the ubuntu work, but curtis has his own live cd he provides when people buy cards from him. i recall him being involved in a thread with you about updates. I assumed (maybe wrongly) that once he has tested it on his distro he will announce it to his customers.

Curtis has a compiled ZM on a live CD you can install from. It is not a package. I believe he has also made some choices that the Debian repository masters would choke over.
I does a job well, just not the job you are doing. And while I have used his live CD, all of my installs are on your package.
