(Minor) How about cleaning up the title and top of 1.23?

I don't think the warning "If you have downloaded ZM from anywhere but the link in this forum then you have 1.22.x so please use that forum and not this one." is relevant any more. And it's not still in beta 
Also the sticky "Announcement" topics could be made non-sticky.
None of this would rate as "big" but it would clean things up.
