Zoneminder and sms support ????

Hi All,

I've read through the forums and see a few posts about sending sms alerts to mobile phones, but it doesn't make any sense to me because i am no programmer or scripter, i can read some scripts but that's it. Could someone please tell me in dummy language how to get sms working with zoneminder in basic steps and names of applications that are being used.
