Hi

there is a problem in the "Options" page in Romanian language

there are special characters that are not correctly rendered:

one example:
character ă -

& # 2 5 9 ; (- the correct code without the spaces)

I put the spaces because this page replace the code with the right character.

what is wrong:
the "options" page replace

&

with

&

so the code became and the text rederend by the page looks like this:

the code is: and it sould be

the wright code is: how can i fix this?
