Broken image in zm control panel

I've installed zm on an Ubuntu Workstation (8.0,4),
I've added a monitor related to an Axis 207 webcam.
I've tried all the "presets" configurations for the "Axis IP..." cameras.
But in all the cases when I click on the name of the camera I can't see any image.
I can see only a broken icon.
However if I click on Zones I can see an image of the webcam.

In the syslog I can see these errors:

How can I debug this errors?

I've reinstalled Zone Minder 1.23.

Now I have no errors in the log files of the system, but I can't still see the frames of the "monitor" page:

But the "Zones" pages seems to work:

How can I debug this problem?
Which is the difference between the two pages?

i think the difference is that in zone tab it's one static jpeg but in monitor should be live view (so it shoul depend how you stream video)

I've solved the problem.

The FAQ helped me.
I read it to fast the first time.

The section is "Why can't I see streamed images when I can see stills in the Zone window etc?"
