flash...stops?

Wondering if anyone knows the problem witht his

im running zm with ffmpeg and I have it set to flash mode so it shows flash in the web browser...


it seems as tho the motion isnt as fast as if it were just the regular refresh of jpeg? Also If i leave it open for a while and come back to it say 3 hours later...its either delayed really bad or its totally frozen and requires a refresh

any idea why?

Reason why i wanna run flash instead of windows media or the regular refresh of jpeg's is because the refresh of jpegs crashed firefox after awhile
