hi
i cant define zones... or when i do it it doesnt work...

i define zone, i.e. the zone area is the door area...
zone is set to active plus preset is set to best, high sensivity
or fast, high sensivity
and when i go there and stand in that zone i dont get any alarm frames???

is my method correct? what do i do wrong?

Have you restarted the zm process after changing the zones?

well i've just did it...... but still no alarm frames

Well depending on your image size, you might have to bring some of your settings down. Like filter pixels and min alarm.
Look in the wiki on how to tune your zones.

hmm but i think that the problem is not in the tuning the zone....
coz i.e. when its dark and i tunr the light on or off sa whole image changes there are still no alarmed imeges.....

ehh checked wiki... still no clue....
