Hi
I would like to use ZM for my own knowledge . My intention is to to make it work , show demo to my friends and relatives , I have a decent configuration PC with ubuntu 8.04 installed . I will be doing a fresh 8.10 installation . I would like to get advice on the camera and related hardware for setting up a decent CCTV . I would like to have 2-3 cameras installed .
Even though I have a tight budget , I will get a device which is fully compatible with ZM. I want to avoid the similar experience which I had with “Panasonic WV-NP244 camerasâ€

Analog cams? IP cams? Wired/wireless? Light sensitivity? Budget? Do you already have the machine that will be running ZM?

To Get Exposure and give demo

Hi
Thanks for the reply .
I have a PC with Ubuntu 8.1 plan to install ZM on it
My intention is only to make myself familiarize with ZM .I do not have any preference over the camera . It can be analog , IP cams Wired or wireless .
Consider that I want to try out ZM with a tight budget . I could spend upto 300$ - 400 us $ for the hardware . and the hardware should be 100% compatible with ZM
Please do guide me
Thanks
Joseph John

Go to Blue Cheery, and order the supported stuff. You can get a small card and some cheap analogs for well under your budget.

Amazingly, bluecheery.net hasn't been domain squatted. Might want to get on that, Curtis.
