After successfully having zm 1.23.3 running on ubuntu 7.10 I messed up my system. And i installed Ubuntu 8.10. Also installed zm 1.24 and compiled it. ( my first non .deb install!!!!! )

Beeing very proud and stuf i installed the first monitor. It turned green! yeah!

BUT

Its recording. i can see the jpeg file's on my harddrive
and i dont think there is a rights problem :

I am using Firefox 3 but when i connected from a windows machine using IE i also dont see any image's

check your apache log and see where it's looking for zms or nph-zms.
Also check your shared memory settings.

Are you set up for jpeg or mpeg streams? Do you have cambazola installed?
