Local Network - raw stream viewer

Is there any way to set up a raw stream viewer on a (Linux)PC on the same local network as Zoneminder is installed on?
So I can view one monitor only on the desktop like xlib_raw

Not exactly as the app would not have access to the shared memory remotely.

That is basically what zms is for.
