No reasonable event triggering

Post by skerit »

Hi everyone,

I have a Hawking HNC210 camera, from which I'm currently getting 1fps.
This camera isn't very reliable, every 5 minutes or so a glitch will occur and the image will be garbled (totally wrong colours, jpg stops in middle of image, ...)

When this happens, the event is triggered. However, when a human being enters the frame and starts flapping and waving his or her arms (Aye, I tried it) it does nothing.

I have tried every sensitivity setting, could it be because it's such a low framerate?

Thank you for your time,
Jelle De Loecker

The settings are just a base. High sensitivity will not be very high if your using it with a 4mm lens. You have to tune your zones as described in the wiki. Those setting are a basic start only.
