cant install 1.24
cant install 1.24
Trying to install wde-zoneminder-1.24-2.iso dvd and i cant get past the monitor goin out of range, is there a command i can give the boot cmd that will fix this. Ive tried 2 different vid cards and 2 different monitors.

If your trying live version select safe graphics mode, but there is no point in doing that because Zoneminder will not work in Live mode.
The dvd is meant to install so if your selecting the third option to install it, be patient while the monitor goes black and the install should proceed. I forget the command off the top of my head, but if the screen goes black you can hit alt f3 or alt f4 and you should see the lines of code going by as the system boots up. Don't worry if it looks like it is stalled, it's just loading and starting all the programs behind the scene's.
Try that and let me know how it goes. You should have no problem if you just wait after selecting the third option.
