Does anyone know where can I purchase this from within the UK?
Is there anyplace/website within the UK where I can get it from
or does it have to be shipped from bluecherry in the states?

We are kicking around the idea of opening a shipping center in the United Kingdom. However currently we do not have anything setup. USPS rates are much cheaper then UPS so you may find that USPS might be a cheaper solution for you.

I'm upping this thread. I'd like too see shipping center in Europe.
PV-149 price is ok, but shipping isn't ($100+customs).
I'm bit frustrated after trying few junk cards.
