PV-155 Only 8 channels?

Hello. I have an PV-155 (http://store.bluecherry.net/Provideo_PV ... pv-155.htm) in an ubuntu 8.04 box.
I am only able to get 8 cameras to work with it! Here's a screenshot of what I can get to work(ZM is off here, but they all work):
Any Ideas? Which is the next in the sequence? I've tried everything. dmesg and lscpi show nothing.
