Some streams freezed after a few minutes

If you've made a patch to quick fix a bug or to add a new feature not yet in the main tree then post it here so others can try it out.

Some streams freezed after a few minutes

Post by alecano23 »

Hello I am having in one of my ten Zoneminder servers an error in the Viseon viewer client that I cant resolve.

I have viseon viewer 2.89 installed with 30 diferent cams from diferent locations, and specially one grup of 12 cameras (always from the same server, 190.3.100.114 )are freezing. Sometimes stop the streaming perhaps in 2 cameras, then other 4 freeze and finally after 15 minutes or so so, the time will vary, it is not constant, for example, all are stop and freezed.

I made lots of tests, looked in all the logs on the zm ubuntu sys, messages, syslog, all zm logs, etc but nothing rare appear.

I tried from different locations installing the viseon viewer and do the same the cams freeze.

The messages log shows this

Another thing I tried to do was the following: when for example 3 of the 12 cams were frezzed, and the other 9 continue working well, I made via ssh a reboot of the entire server, and I could see that the cameras that were working well in that moment, after a minute of loading the server they continue working well, but the 3 cameras that were freezed before the reboot, doesnt refresh even when the server was offline, and when it was up again it keept the same freezed frame.

I am suspecting on the router where is behind the zm server, or perhaps the conection...

Any idea??
