I think a little (=lot) more detail would be helpful here. Cam type, model? Palette selected? Basically any and everything you can supply would be helpful. There's not much to go on otherwise.

I don't know the brand or model. It's a generic bullet camera that I got from bluecherry a year or so ago. When I open it up in xawtv it looks fine. but Zoneminder has the colors all off...
If there is a list of commands I can run I'll run them and post the output here. I'm running Zoneminder trunk(as of 1-2 days ago).
I followed this guide.
http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13140
And only had to edit two source files. the one about the H264 and the one about the alloc line.

Oh, and for the settings on the web console. I tried all the NTSC and they all seem the same, and I tried the RGB 32. the RGB 24 seemed to not pick anything up.
Actually it seems the camera is a: Q-see color camera
Model: Q0CDC
System: NTSC
Power: DC12v
Video output: 1.0vp-P75ohm

I tried YUV420 and that looks better except the lines seems shifted during movement. Like some of the individual horizontal lines are shifted either left or right.

I am having the exact same issue with the exact same card. Everything looks fine in xawtv, but whites look green/yellow in ZoneMinder. Pictures also jump a lot.
