Axis 213 PTZ Control

Hi All,
I have two Axis 213PTZ cameras and I've gotten them to work well. I am wondering, however, to make them control a little finer. Right now when you click an arrow to move the camera, it moves way to much per click.
I looked at the AxisV2 entry and do not understand. The minimum step was set to 1 and the maximum was set to 90.
I'd appreciate input on this. Thanks much.
