Hi there,

I have been evaluating zoneminder for quite a while. I am trying to port it to a powerpc based embedded system, which is not very powerful. zmc consumes almost all the cpu power. My video soruce is IP cameras. I suspect zoneminder decode every frame and put it into memory. Is that right? It there any way to instruct zoneminder only to record the video and stream it on the montage, without decoding/encoding?

Afraid there is not a way to keep it from doing the decoding/encoding.
