My Zoneminder PC has a relatively small HD. Is it possible to change the storage path to point for USB-memory? I can't understand which path is the right one in the setup.

Actually you want to leave the paths configured in zm alone.

Move the events directory where you want it and create a symlink in its place to the new location.
