Might give http://ip/file.jpg a try.Else maybe:

http://ip.address/snapshot.jpg
http://ip.address/snapshot.cgi

Also have a look at: http://ic1500.wikispaces.com/
Though I would have thought it to be more useful on either our wiki or Motions, but okay.

Most of this is from this thread:

hi@ll,

during the last hours i've set up a new and clean lenny and installed all parts as described in the the documentation of ubuntu step-by-step. Now I have a good stream with 320x240 a average of 20-25 fps which i find very good result with zm on a virtual machine :-)

nevertheless there are new questions:
first of all: is it possible to get a mpeg4 stream from the cam to zm ? I have tried the versions of snapshot.jpg/cgi and also the rtsp connection which all worked.
if it is so - until this time i know some commercial products which allow to do a motion detection with a stream of a low bandwidth/resolution and record a high quality stream only if a motion is detected.
with this feature (where i don't know if it possible in zm to combine to streams this way) the cpu usage could be hold very low.

so there are two questions:
1.) is it possible to receive a mpeg4 stream (cause of the firmware of the cam you can only set the resolution either for mjpeg or mpeg4 and as far as i know it is not possible to receive e.g. two mjpeg streams with different resolutions/quality at the same time) ?

2.) is it possible to do motion detection an a "low bandwidth" stream an do the record on another source with high quality ?

many thanks for your answers !

regards
stefan
