Hi,
we're capturing at 640x480 but our client (GSM with opera on it) can only show 200x150 still images, it doesn't support streaming :( The ZM scaling settings seems only to apply to stream mode but not to still mode. Is there a way to scale down still images too, so we save some bandwidth for transfering images.

I have added this feature, and double buffered still image streams to the next release which is due out very shortly. The Donate page on this site will allow your client (or your company) to express their appreciation!
