Constant recording

I have ZM setup with a CCTV camera.
It seems to work well with an ok picture.

I have it set to Mocord. The problem is that its constantly recording.
I think its detecting the background noise as movement.
I have tried all the settings I can see and all the presets it just seems to always be recording.

Is there a way to make it more accurate?

Try modect, that worked for me. I selected the "best low sensitivity" in
the zone.
