no video

i just installed zoneminder 1.24 on Jaunty. and can not get video from my trendnet tv-ip100. I searched on the forums and came up with several different pages. the solution seems to be turning off pcre under options>network tab, but that is not an opion on 1.24, it also recomends turning off ZM_OPT_REMOTE_CAMERAS which is supposed to be in the same tab. The other solution is just http://x.x.x.x/video.cgi, what settings should i use under source or where should it go.

http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13608 should work try single frame grabbing at worst.

I tried, doesn't seem to work. I can't even get still images.
