IP223W (cheap IR fixed CCD outdoor IP cam)

Hi folks,
The web seems flush with this product, but I can't really find any data on it. One site had a user manual that indicated that it *could* be a SOHO camera (known to work with ZM
but I have not been able to verify...

Anyways, 250 for IR, ruggedized enclosure, CCD and 704x480 seems pretty darn good if we can get it to work with ZM.
Anyone out there have any information on this beastie?
