Bluecherry store down?

Post by Baylink »

I need to buy a couple of 4x30 cards for work, and the link to store.bluecherry.com times out.

Their main website is still there, but I see they do entirely unrelated things; did the employee operating that sideline change jobs or something? :-)

www[store].bluecherry.com != www[store].bluecherry.net.

The store.bluecherry.net website was down between 9:00AM CST and 10:00AM CST. Rackspace, the company that hosts the website, had some unexplained issue with their network.

The website is back up now. Optionally you can always call us (877-419-3391) or email us (sales@bluecherry.net) since email is on a completely separate network you should always be able to reach us.

We are here 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday so you are more then welcome to stop by our office and pickup your order.

Typos are bad, sure.

:-)

I'll stick my head back in the online store tomorrow; I have a funds transfer pending on my card.

Oh, and, um, if your DNS zone server goes out, they're both gonna die. :-)

That's why we have primary / secondary nameservers on separate networks :)
