I'm on Ubuntu Intrepid. I've done these directions to the letter:

I have no errors in the Apache log and obviously with xawtv working, the BT878 drivers are in good shape.
I've turned ZM's diagnostics logging to "9" and wished I could turn 'em up to "11" (gratuitous Spinal Tap reference).
