I have an IP camera instaled that has a frame rate of 30 FPS when accessed directly. The problem is that, when I try to see it via Zoneminder with only one monitor configured, I get a frame rate of 1,30 FPS. I've configured the monitor with MAX Frame rate of 30 FPS, but nothing changed.
I´m running zoneminder on UBUNTU, dual core intel processor, 4GB RAM with a 500GB disk.
