Trendnet TV-IP200 help anyone? (WORKING)

Someone posted some stuff in the wrong forum so am posting in here for help on a Trendnet TV-IP200 webcam. I get a nice picture out going directly to the camera and looking at it with the JAVA app. Can't get the active X to work but that is probably because I am on Windows 7.

Here are my current settings and I still have not gotten a picture on ZM.

General

Ok here is an update. All I see is a black screen. Going to have to check when I get home. The camera is still set at 640X480 but I bumped my capture down to 320X240.

Had to set the ipcamera back to 320X480
Settings are as follows.

Streaming - 7fps to 30fps Depends on camera side compression
