Trendnet TV-IP200 help anyone? (WORKING)

Someone posted some stuff in the wrong forum so am posting in here for help on a Trendnet TV-IP200 webcam. I get a nice picture out going directly to the camera and looking at it with the JAVA app. Can't get the active X to work but that is probably because I am on Windows 7.
Here are my current settings and I still have not gotten a picture on ZM.
General
