I have set up ZM 1.24.2 on a clean install of Clarkconnect 5.0 (Community Edition), with a Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 USB camera.
I can capture video using ffmpeg v0.5 and while occasionally there are some blocky artifacts in the image, in general it looks good. However, with ZM, the entire picture is pink and blue and very pixellated (although the image is there).
I've rolled back to 1.23.3, and this works correctly.
To try and troubleshoot, I have done a clean install of 1.24.2 using the exact same hardware but with a basic CentOS 5.3 install as per the instructions here: http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.php/CentOS. This combination works fine.
Any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot this issue further?
