Cant get 2 Axis 2100 Cameras to work on same subnet

Ive sifted thru the forums for a couple hours now, and can't find anything about this issue... I have about a total of 30 Axis 2100 IP cameras (only 4 are in ZM right now) and for whatever reason i can't get 2 cameras to record reliably and consistently when they are on the same subnet. Yes each camera has a valid IP (all are set statically) and those IP's are reserved in my DHCP server so its not an IP conflict. One of the cameras in each subnet will show green under source for maybe a min, and then it goes red. When i look at the montage view, or try and view that camera alone it's a black screen.
Things ive tried:
Changed the IP's of each camera, swapped network cables, changed ports on the switch blade, changed blades on the switch, swapped out to a whole different camera.
Im at a total loss everyone, ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated, i have to have all these cameras recording by this weekend. I redid my whole camera recording because my last server died a horrible death (RIP) and we rely on these cameras for security. Thanks again!!
