Recommendation for indoor security cam?

Recommendation for indoor security cam?

We are looking for a camera model under $200 that has reasonable low light performance, works with Zoneminder and can be powered through power-over-ethernet.

Does anyone have any suggestions that work well? I've seen a few possibilities but they're out of our budget.

We don't need audio or remote positioning.
