I am using a pico200, will this work better, i dont like the choppy video on the pico2000

It's another pico2000 clone.

A PV-149 or better would.

PV-143 is only slightly faster than the pico2000 clones but visually it would look about the same. Still just a 30 fps card split across four inputs.
