Centos and logitech quickcam pro 5000

Hello everyone, I installed ZoneMinder on CentOS 5.3 following this wiki http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.php/CentOS without any problem.
my cam is a Logitech QuickCam Pro 5000 but when I try to configure it in zm see only a black screen. if I do from the shell command zmu -d / dev/video0 -q -v I have this error message:
Error, failed to query crop / dev/video0: Invalid argument
I've already changed the permissions to /dev/video0 in 777 but nothing has changed
I've already done from scratch but the problem is always the same .... Help me please !!!!!
