OpenSUSE 11.1 chip 878A don't display video

Hi

I'm having problem installing the chip: 878A

Zoneminder starts and after entering the address of the program operates, but does not display the image.

only run on MoTV or kdetv

The camera can run under KDE in the "MoTV" or "kdetv" but only if the camera is plugged into port 1 on the other 7 ports, no picture.

In zoneminder on each channel no video.


Pls .. help me:) I have no ideas

Are you sure it the card is not on /dev/video0

if you started with 0 then change it back and post logs

Yes, I checked video0,video1.....video7 Device Path in ZoneMinder settings monitor and does not work, the logs do not change, are still the same for /dev/video0..../dev/video7

last are all configured cameras capturing the same size and color mode.

Success! Almost 100% :)


I uinstall zoneminder v1.24.1 and v1.23.3 installed.

The image is ok, and zero errors in the logs, so can consider that everything is working properly.

This is not a perfect solution because I use older version of the software zoneminder.


Perhaps the author of the program will improve the error in the next version, as I waited to use the software fresh.
