Logitec E3500 no image showing

hi
i'm posting on behalf of my dad here.
we have just set up a logitec E3500 camera with zone alarm but we cant get the image to show.
the camera works in cheese so i know the camera works it's self.
below is a print screen of what we can see
any help would be great
