I have a problem because I don't understand what records zm 25 fps. I setting max fps and alarm max fps to 25 on monitor source set up and cam load picture 30 fps to net. One Axis 211A IP cam and mjpeg. Cam connecting direct to zm with a cross link cable 100 Mbit/s. Then the switch or router doesn't effect to network traffic.

When I set picture size to 640x480 24 bit color, zm records max 8 fps. When I modify it to 320x240 24 bit color, zm records max 15 fps.

Shmmax and shmall are default for 64 bit system. System load is 0.7.

I increased buffers of cam setup.

Image Buffer Size (frames) 250
Warmup Frames 25
Pre Event Image Count 50
Post Event Image Count 25

ZM can record some times this settings 20-24 fps other only 11-12 fps, max 18 fps. I tested it two zm config. Other zm it was horrible. Frame rate hops between 5 and 16 fps. I didn't understand it.

I tried it a lot of and and my conclusion it has two problems.

Firstly. Two zm config are very different. First has a SATA-II hdd and second has an old notebook PATA hdd (5400 rpm). First config can records one cam max 24 fps if nothing not connected to cam. If other cam enabled in zm, record fps don't change. The last config can records one cam max 16 fps if nothing net connected to cam. If enabled other cam in zm, fps is down.

Secondly. If two zm conected to one axis cam (not viewer on browser) to record frames then frirst connected zm can record max 24 fps and second connected zm can record only max 6-8 fps.

I think that old notebook hdd is not correct hardver to zm. (It is my test config but I think must change it.) And I think second conclusion is serious because two zm can't reads correctly same times same /axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi? directory.

What yours opinion? Correct my conclusion? Thanks.
