Just want to find out if there is any chance of using a gig ethernet camera with zoneminder. From what I understand the gige cameras are sending out uncompressed image stream so you're not actually pulling a jpeg frame from port 80 on the camera. Would there be an alternative way to save a bitmap or tiff image from the camera in that case?
Pardon me for lack of details. I'm trying to piece this together. Appreciate any suggestions
