Two questions on Level-1 FCS 5030, low fps & intra frame

Hello

I have the Level One FCS 5030.

When I look at my ZM log I can see that I only record at 7-9 fps.

Why isn't it capturing at 25 fps which the camera & ZM is set to? What is the limitation?

My settings in the camera are:

PAL
Enable cutting noise
MPEG-4
688x576
25 fps
Intra frame period: 1s
Fixed quality: Excellent

And in ZM:

RTP/RTSP
/live.sdp
same res & fps

Then one more question, what is the intra frame period? I can set the value between 1/4s to 4s.
