ZoneMinder 1.24.1

When I use ZMliveCD_1.23.3 I have a picture, all be it a little jerky. When I go back to the desktop install I have a Function of Orange, but the Source is Red.

I have searched the archives, but nothing pops out at me to try.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I followed this tutorial:

I noticed from some logs that I needed to change permission for the /dev/video2

I also deleted a bttv.info file that I had created.

I'm not sure which one worked but it now works.

I am using a Bluecherry CU-149PA, but it shows up as a PV150PA on some of the logs. The card is the correct PCI card for a server, so I expect the regular PV149PA card would work.
