How do I set up the frames

IF anybody can help, how do I set up the frames in the zoneminder events, my camera detects the motion records it, but I dont get a frame count neither am i able to view the event after.. Also I dont get a score how do I change this so I can get score and frame count and be able to reveiw my recorded event...
