Problem with filters executing sound & flash

Hi all.
I'm running zoneminder on ubuntu 9.04 and created filters to execute a bash script, which will play a sound - play /path/to/sound.wav when a camera detects motion.
I can hear a sound when my camera picks up a motion; however, if I'm looking at a flash video website that uses sound and the camera detects motion, no sound will play and the filter log gives ERR [Command exited with status: 2].
If I close the flash website, the sound alert works fine.
