Zoneminder posting to Twitter

Giving Zoneminder the ability to post to twitter could give you automatic cell phone text message updates.
Use case:
Zoneminder notices activity, and posts to a private twitter account set up by the user specifically for that purpose.
The user is set to follow that private twitter account and receive text message updates, so that post is very quickly delivered as a text message to the user's cell phone.
This obviously relies on Twitter being reliable for this sort of thing, but it gives users without a web-browsing phone another option for being alerted. Perhaps this can already be done in some other way, by using Twittermail, for instance, but I wasn't able to find any examples of this sort of thing in my quick searches on the wiki, forum, and Google.
