I am beginner in zoneminder.Please tell me on the steps, as I see pictures from another computer remote from that to which is attached webcam.

Well, check the Wiki and FAQ there for beginning information. Beyond that, I'm sensing English isn't your native language. There are a few people around that speak others (not me), you might want to try rephrasing in your native tongue.
