I-catcher Linux Alternative

I run a website that streams 8 different cams to my website showing wildlife that I am trying to attract into my garden. For this I use I-catcher on a Doze box. This machine has two DVR cards (Euresys Junior 4) feeding the cams. It is a standalone box that I remote into for configuration ect.. All of my other machines are linux boxes running on ubuntu and I would like to take this remaining Doze machine and load that up with linux with the ability to run the website cams.
So my question is will zone minder do everything i do on my web site with i-catcher? It needs to be kept quite simple for users of the website to view the stream and past captures but obviously without any admin ability
Here is a link to my site http://www.ukgardenwildlife.co.uk
Clicking on one of the pictures on the live feeds page will activate the cam browser.
