Disable filters

I've recently set up a situation where I can disable/enable my monitors from a web cgi script using the zmu command, because my filters send me emails and sms messages on any event.

Occasionally, I'll forget to enable my monitors when I leave the house.

What I would like to do is leave the monitors recording events, but not execute the filters, not send emails/sms.

I've tried killing the zmfilter.pl process, but it automatically starts again.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
