Hello everybody I am a newbie on zoneminder,
I need some help...
I have a Pico2000 Card Capture 4 channel bt878
I already have installed zoneminder, its running but... when i add a monitor, I have a black screen =//
apache is running, What I have to do =//

Did you get the camera working in xawtv? If not, try to get that working first. The wiki instructions for the Pico 2000 cards contain most of the information you need to know to set things up.

I was able to get such a card working using the following settings in Zoneminder under the source tab when defining the monitor:
Device format: NTSC
Capture Palette: BGR24
Capture Width (pixels): 320
Capture Height (pixels): 240
