ZoneMinder Won't Start Fedora 12

I was having some problems getting ZM to work with Fedora 11 so I updated to Fedora 12. I did a fresh install and installed ZM but it won't show anything on the web browser. If I don't have the database installed I will get an error saying that it can't connect to mysql when I go to the localhost/zm directory so that should indicate that zoneminder is working. However when I run the zm_create.sql script I get nothing on the web browser. I've restarted httpd and zoneminder and rebooted the computer.
Httpd is working because I can get to other directories but when I go to /zm all I get is a white blank screen and the browser says done.
I've removed and re-installed zoneminder and httpd several times with no success.
